Section 1

Definitions & Interpretation

The following terms used in these terms and conditions have the meanings set out below:

• "Platform" means the 999ku website, mobile version, and all related services.
• "User" or "You" means any person registered on or browsing this platform.
• "Account" means a user's registered personal profile on the platform.
• "Wager" or "Bet" means participation in any game or event with real money.
• "Bonus Funds" means additional money added to an account through a promotional process.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total amount that must be wagered before bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• "Services" means all gaming, betting, and support facilities provided by 999ku.

Section 2

Eligibility & Account Registration

2.1 Age & Eligibility Requirements

Users must be at least 21 years of age to use 999ku's services. Opening an account by a minor is strictly prohibited. This platform is for those aged 21 and above only. Age verification may be carried out at the time of registration, and an account will be cancelled if verification fails.

2.2 Registration Conditions

Users must meet the following conditions when opening an account:

• Accurate and complete personal information must be provided — submitting false information is prohibited.
• Each person may open only one account; holding multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• Users must read and agree to the platform's terms and conditions, privacy policy, and responsible gaming guidelines.
• The mobile number and email address provided at registration must be valid and active.
• Accounts may not be opened from countries or regions where online gaming is prohibited by law.

2.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

999ku reserves the right to verify a user's identity, age, and address at any time. For this purpose, a national ID card, passport, or other government-issued document may be requested. Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended until verification is complete. The verification process is conducted solely to protect users and prevent fraud.

Account Security & Responsibility

It is your sole responsibility to keep your account password and login details completely confidential. 999ku will never ask a user for their password or full banking details. Please keep the following in mind:

• Allowing third parties to use your account is strictly prohibited.
• Accounts may not be transferred, sold, or rented.
• If you suspect unauthorized access, notify the support team immediately.
• Use a strong, unique password and change it regularly.

The user is responsible for all activities carried out from their account. 999ku will not be held liable for any loss resulting from carelessness or negligence on the user's part.

Section 4

Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Policy

4.1 Deposit Conditions

The following payment methods are currently accepted at 999ku: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (major Bangladeshi banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank).

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳200 (per method).
• The payment method and account holder must be the same person — payments in a third party's name are not accepted.
• Balance will be credited to the account only after the deposit transaction is successfully confirmed.
• Unusual transactions are monitored to prevent money laundering.

4.2 Withdrawal Conditions

The following policies apply to withdrawals:

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳800.
• Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours.
• Identity verification (KYC) may be required for the first large withdrawal.
• Withdrawals must be made using the same method used for the deposit; withdrawals via a different method are not permitted without prior approval.
• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn.

4.3 Currency & Taxes

All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT). The user is solely responsible for any applicable government taxes or duties. 999ku is not obligated to provide independent tax advice.

Section 5

Bonuses & Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

999ku offers a welcome bonus for new members: a 100% bonus on the first deposit, up to ৳20,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000. If you deposit ৳42,000 or more, you receive the maximum bonus of ৳20,000, giving a total balance of ৳62,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirement

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 25 times the bonus amount. It is calculated on the bonus amount only — not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus. Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 25 = ৳25,000 must be wagered before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer must be claimed within a specified time period.
• Once a bonus is claimed, it generally cannot be combined with another bonus.
• A bonus is only for the account to which it was offered — it is non-transferable.
• 999ku reserves the right to cancel a bonus if bonus abuse is suspected.

Section 6

Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 Validity of Bets

Bets may be placed from a registered account on the platform provided there is sufficient balance. Confirm your balance before logging in. If incorrect odds or results are displayed due to a technical error, 999ku reserves the right to void or correct the affected bet.

6.2 Sports Betting Guidelines

• Live betting after a match has started follows specific rules.
• If an event is cancelled, bets will be refunded.
• In case of disputes over results, the relevant sport's international rules and official results will take precedence.
• The platform may set a maximum bet limit for a single event.

6.3 Casino & Slot Games

All game outcomes are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG) and are independently tested. Each game has its own rules, which can be found within the game. It is the user's responsibility to read the rules before starting to play.

6.4 Live Casino

If a connection is lost during a live casino service including Ezugi, the game state will be saved and the user can resume from where they left off upon reconnecting. However, 999ku is not liable for any loss caused by technical interruptions.

Section 7

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 999ku platform and may result in account cancellation and balance forfeiture:

• Opening or operating multiple accounts.
• Registering using a false or fake identity.
• Using another person's account or allowing others to use your account.
• Gaining unfair advantage through bonus abuse, coordinated betting, or arbitrage strategies.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to, hack, or modify the platform's software or game systems.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial transactions.
• Placing bets using automated bots or scripts.
• Harassing or threatening other users, 999ku staff, or representatives.
• Buying or selling any illegal goods or services through the platform.

Section 8

Account Suspension & Closure

8.1 Suspension or Closure by 999ku

999ku may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Any violation of these terms and conditions.
• Suspicious or fraudulent activity.
• Failure to complete identity verification.
• Legal or regulatory reasons.
• Extended period of inactivity.

8.2 Account Closure by the User

If you want to close your account, please contact the support team. Any remaining valid balance can be withdrawn before the account is closed, but bonus funds will be cancelled if the wagering requirements have not been met.

Section 9

Responsible Gaming

999ku is firmly committed to responsible gaming. Gaming is for entertainment, not as a source of income. The platform offers the following features:

• Deposit Limits: Users can set their own daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
• Self-Exclusion: Users can take a break from their account for a specified period at any time.

Section 10

Intellectual Property & Content

All content on the 999ku platform — logos, trademarks, designs, software, text, graphics, videos, and other materials — is the intellectual property of 999ku or its licensors. Users may not do any of the following:

• Copy, distribute, or modify any content on the platform without prior written permission.
• Use 999ku's brand or trademarks in a way that causes confusion.
• Analyse the software through reverse engineering or decompiling.

Any content submitted by a user on the platform (reviews, comments, etc.) will be considered as granting 999ku the right to use it.

Section 11

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 999ku will not be liable for the following:

• Any loss caused by technical errors, server outages, or internet connectivity issues.
• Loss caused by system failures of third parties (game providers, payment processors).
• Loss caused by a user's negligence or breach of the rules.
• Financial loss resulting from a user's negligence regarding account security.
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Even where liability is accepted, it will be limited to a maximum of the amount of the specific transaction in question.

Section 12

Changes & Amendments

999ku reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. For significant changes, an attempt will be made to notify users via email or through the platform. However, it is the user's responsibility to visit this page regularly to stay informed of updates.

Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the new terms and conditions. If a user does not agree to the revised terms, they may close their account.

Dispute Resolution & Contact

13.1 Complaints Process

For any complaints or disputes, please first contact the 999ku customer support team. Provide a detailed description of the issue, the relevant transaction details, and your account information. The support team will do their best to provide a resolution as quickly as possible.

13.2 Dispute Resolution Method

If a resolution cannot be reached through customer support, both parties will attempt to resolve the dispute through discussion. 999ku's decision is final and binding on all gaming-related matters.
